SaSaSak Service Membership Agreement

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of both the Member and [SaSaSak] concerning the use of the location tracking services provided by [SaSaSak], as well as to establish the procedures for membership registration and usage management.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Member" refers to an individual who agrees to this Agreement and uses the location tracking service provided by [SaSaSak].

"Service" refers to the location tracking-related features provided by [SaSaSak].

Article 3 (Membership Registration)

In order to become a Member, one must agree to this Agreement and complete the membership registration process on the [ SaSaSak] application or website.

Members must register using their accurate information. user name(nickname), password, Email address.

Article 4 (Rights and Obligations of Members)

Members have the right to use the location tracking services provided by [SaSaSak].

Members must comply with this Agreement and relevant laws and must not engage in any behavior that interferes with the operation of [SaSaSak] or the use of the services by other Members.

Article 5 (Use of the Service)

The location tracking services provided by [SaSaSak] are available to all users.

The service may be interrupted due to maintenance, improvement, or limitations of certain features.

Article 6 (Restrictions on Service Use) [SaSaSak] may restrict a Member's use of the Service in the following cases:

If the Member has violated [SaSaSak]'s usage regulations

If the Member's information is found to be false

If the Member has used someone else's identity

In other cases reasonably determined by [SaSaSak]

Article 7 (Damages) [SaSaSak] will not be held responsible for any damages incurred by the Member in connection with the use of the Service. Members must bear the responsibility for use of the service themselves.

Article 8 (Amendment of the Agreement) [SaSaSak] may amend this Agreement due to legal and policy reasons. The amended Agreement will be announced on the [Location Tracking SaSaSak] application or app, and Members are responsible for checking the changes.

By agreeing to this Agreement, the Member is granted access to [SaSaSak]'s location tracking service and assumes the rights and obligations as a Member of [SaSaSak].

[SaSaSak] is a monitoring application designed to help for parents or care-givers and business managers responsibly monitor their children and elderly parents and employees. Compliant with Google Play's monitoring app guidelines, it offers the following features:

Key Features:
GPS Tracking: parents or care-givers can monitor their children and elderly parents and employees's location in real-time, and business managers can manage employee locations.

This app is designed parents monitoring their children elderly parents or corporate executives monitoring employees. Even with permission from spouse, it is not possible to track the location of a spouse.Additionally, it cannot be used as Stalkerware to monitor someone else's personal information. We adhere to Google's policies.

Compliance:
- All users must provide consent for application use.
- The application transparently notifies users about its active status through continuous notifications.
- User data is securely encrypted and stored.
- The app cannot be used for unauthorized monitoring purposes and is only available for legal use.
- The relationship between parents and children elderly parents and the relationship between superiors and subordinates in the workplace can be used.

[SaSaSak] can only be used in legally permitted jurisdictions, and it is entirely the user's responsibility to determine whether the use of the app is legal in the targeted region.

This application complies with all relevant regulations and is not used as a surveillance or covert spying solution. The app does not mislead users and always provides clear information about the application's activation status to users. Application notifications can be managed through the settings menu.
